Take your program's strength & conditioning to the next level

Whether you're the coach of a college tennis program or director at a tennis academy, Justin can assist in helping you to take your program's fitness to the next level – improving athletic performance while reducing injuries, with a structured plan throughout a rigorous competitive schedule.

College programs may benefit from an independent focus on testing, assessment, and data interpretation, systemizing warm up, cool down, and injury prevention protocols, on-court movement & speed development, and individual athlete periodization throughout fall tournaments. Additionally, we can discuss ways to continue to make progress through the spring, ensuring that your team is peaking at the correct times: conference & NCAA tournaments.

Academies or other tennis providers can lean on Justin to help systemize their strength and conditioning processes - from warm up, to strength, to speed & movement, while utilizing the space that they have effectively / efficiently. Additionally, Justin can assist in the implementation of a long-term athlete development program - creating effective and age appropriate programming for players of all ages.

I’ve worked with a lot of different Strength coaches over the years and Justin is absolutely world-class.  His passion towards his craft and the players is undeniable. I’ve been so impressed by the breadth and depth of his skill set; I couldn’t be happier to have him as a part of our coaching staff here at Arizona State.

COACH MIKE MURRAY
Associate Head Men’s Tennis Coach
Indiana University

We flew Justin in at the beginning of our spring season to look at some of our training systems to see where we might be able to do better as a program.  Justin not only helped to revamp several of our routines, but by the end of his visit we felt as if our entire team and staff had added a new ally.  His knowledge and passion for his field of work alone was worth his visit.  But his ability to connect with our players and staff is why we will continue to work with him.

COACH HARRY JADUN
Head Men’s Tennis Coach
Michigan State University

Justin’s visit to our campus has been hugely beneficial for our program. He met with our strength staff and gave them great insight on how to run an elite program for a tennis team. Many Universities across the country have great general strength and conditioning programs, but Justin’s visit allows our coaches to tailor their program to our tennis athletes so they are training as the pros do.

COACH DERRICK TAYLOR
Head Men’s Tennis Coach
Georgia State University

The experience working with Justin was exactly what my teams needed, we went from 4-5 injuries a year to one non sport related injury and a lot of that falls to the improved tennis specific training we followed. I would recommend his services for any team looking to improve.
